7-Day Return Window
Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns requested after this period.
Eligible Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, perfume, or smoke
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- In the same condition they were received
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Mystery Boxes
- Gift Cards
- Beauty or personal care products
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Intimates or swimwear (where applicable)
- Customized or personalized products
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Because our inventory changes frequently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
